Let’s start with a classic from French food: brasseries. You can find some at each street corners with traditional food. But there’s a vegan one hiding in Paris, did you know?
That’s a place where I love to go because you can find various food: pizzas, burger, kebab, risotto, “bolonaise” spaghettis, thaï soup, vegetables and pasta. I’m found of their burger. For sugar lovers there’s also a lot of choice into the dessert menu: crumble, pain perdu, panacotta, waffle … You can ever go there for a small snack in the afternoon and a hot chocolate.
You’ll pay around 20€ for a meal and a dessert.
49 rue Montmartre
I already talked about Hank Burger in a former article. But there’s also the VG Burger place. Burgers are delicious over there ever if the decoration is really simple.
85 rue Lafayette
New parisian address, this pastries place is offering to vegan people the opportunity to still eat croissants and pain au chocolat. French culture into vegan food! For the first day of opening, they were sold out at 13h.
You can also order for special food, for example I asked for uncooked pain au chocolat to freeze. Now I can eat one every morning.
123 boulevard Voltaire
in the city center, you can find this address with classical american desserts but vegan. There’s even one of them with is Gluten Free!
6 rue Mandar
This is the asian vegan restaurant in Paris. Caution because there’s cheese into one or two meals but for the rest it’s perfect for vegans. You can book a table and the place is full on the evening. But definitively a place to go! For one starter shared (large one), 2 meals and one dessert to share we spent 40€. For lunch there’s also a 11€ menu.
