Fast, healthy and vegan breakfast

Starting this new quarter is sometimes difficult while you were not so long ago tanning on a beach, doing some hiking, visiting some country and enjoying some pleasant time with you family, friends or lover.

So here is a way to take some vitamins at your next breakfast with my healthy, vegan and greedy recipe.

Ingredients are:

  • Vegetal yogourt (soya, almond, coco depending on your taste)
  • Corn flakes (you can also select chestnut flakes or spelled flakes – caution there is gluten in this last one-)
  • A kiwi or another seasonal fruit (fig, peach)
  • Dried bananas and coco
  • Dark chocolate chips (without milk, no added sugar)
  • Agave sirup or coco sirup (low glycemic index).

Recipe:

It’s very simple: mix the sirup with the yogourt to give some taste. You can also add jam if you prefer but only one coffee spoon.

Add two table spoon of flakes, slices of fruits, few dried bananas and dried coco. For chocolate chips I would say add as much as you wish but let’s be reasonable and say one table spoon.
