I eat pancakes in the morning and for the 4pm break. Most of the time people see it as a highly glycemic product, but I like to eat them as a good product for my sport prep. And, let’s be honest, most of the time it’s the topping that is too much caloric rather than the pancake. Even more for the vegan version of it!

For a vegan recipe, you just have to replace products with:

  • Vegetal butter (same amount 80g) instead of butter,
  • 3 soya yogourts instead of eggs,
  • 30cl of soya milk instead of cow milk,
  • Une teaspoon of baking soda.
