Few weeks ago I was lucky enough to discover the new Marlette restaurant at BHV Marais. At this occasion I left with an example of the recipe for Madeleines that I tried at home. My first surprise was that all Marlette preparations are vegan because you are the one adding eggs, milk and butter.
So I’ve decided to do my own vegan recipe by changing the milk with soya milk the butter with vegetal butter and eggs with some floor.
Prepping my madeleines was easy and fast. I added some chocolate chips over it before taking them to the oven.
Taste was amazing, this tiny touch of salt it delicious. Madeleines are greedy and light. I could eat them all day. If you wanna buy it and try it, it’s after our pictures!
